1. Who can use the site

Only Gay Stars is an adult website. By creating an account or using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher), that it is legal for you to view sexually explicit material where you are, and that you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Your account

Use an email address you control: it is how you prove the account is yours when you write to us, and where we would contact you about your account. To change it, write to us from your current address.
Keep your password secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else is using it.
One account per person. Sharing an account, or your login, with other people is not allowed and leads to termination without refund.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse.

3. Membership and payments

A membership is a monthly subscription that gives access to every video on the site while it is active. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
Payment is taken by our billing partner through a secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
You can cancel at any time from your Account page. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.
Within 14 days of subscribing you can cancel and get a full refund of your payment: press Cancel & refund on your Account page, or write to us at [email protected] from the email of your account. This is your consumer right of withdrawal; because access starts straight away, you agree that we provide the service before the 14 days end, and your access ends when the refund is issued. After those 14 days a cancellation keeps your access until the end of the paid period, and the current period is not refunded.
If a price changes, we tell you before it applies to you; you can cancel before the new price is charged.
Gift links give a fixed number of months of membership to the account that activates them. Each link works once, cannot be exchanged for money, and the months are added after any access the account already has.

4. Using the content

The videos, images and texts on the site are provided for your personal, non-commercial viewing through the site itself. You may not download, copy, record, screenshot, share, redistribute, sell, publicly show or upload elsewhere any of the content, or help anyone else do so. You may not use scrapers, bots or other automated tools, try to bypass access controls, or probe the site for weaknesses. Doing any of this ends your membership without refund and may lead to legal action.

5. Member uploads

Members can submit videos. Every submission is reviewed before it is published, and we may reject or remove any submission for any reason, without notice.
Only upload content you have the right to share: you must own it or have permission from the owner, and everyone who appears in it must be an adult who agreed to be filmed and to have the material published.
Never upload content that is illegal, that involves anyone under 18, that was recorded or shared without the consent of the people in it, that shows violence or coercion, or that infringes someone else's rights.
By submitting content you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, convert, analyse (including with automated tools and service providers working for us), show and promote it on the site and in our community channels for as long as it stays on the site. You keep ownership and can ask us to remove it; copies already posted to our community channels may remain there.
You remain responsible for what you upload. If a claim arises from your upload, you will cover the costs it causes us.

6. Community and Discord

Members get access to our private Discord server; the invite appears on the site once your membership is active. Be respectful, keep it legal, and do not share content or links from the site outside the server. Discord's own terms and rules apply there as well. We may remove anyone from the server, and close their account, for breaking these rules.

7. Copyright

We respect the rights of creators and respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. If you believe your work appears on the site without permission, follow our DMCA Policy and Procedures. Accounts that repeatedly infringe are closed.

8. Ending the relationship

You can stop using the site at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account from our Help & Contact page. We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms; in that case any remaining membership time is lost and no refund is due.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that any particular content will stay available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the membership fees paid for your account, to us or through our billing partner, in the 12 months before the claim, or €50 if that is higher. This limit does not apply to liability for death or personal injury, fraud, or intentional or grossly negligent breach, nor to rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When the change matters we announce it on the site before it takes effect. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel your membership and stop using the site.
