The quickest way is a support ticket: open one below (you need to be logged in) and our answer appears right here on this page — a Support badge in the top bar tells you when we have replied. You can also write to [email protected]. Either way we answer within 2 business days, usually sooner.

To help us help you, include the email address of your account and, if it is about a payment, the date and the amount. Never send your password; we will never ask for it.

  • Billing, cancellations and refunds — your subscription is managed from your Account page; open a ticket if something looks wrong there.
  • Copyright — if you own content that appears here without permission, follow the DMCA policy and procedures, which explains exactly what to send so we can act fast.
  • Everything else — suggestions, problems with the site, press.

Membership

What does a membership include?

Full access to every video on the site, streamed in full, plus new releases and member uploads as they are added, and access to our private Discord server with links to every new video and a place to suggest content.

How do I subscribe?

Create an account (or log in) and press Unlock Now on the membership page. Payment is handled securely by our payment partner; we never see or store your card details.

I paid but I still can't watch videos

Open the membership page and press Refresh status. If it still says you have no membership a few minutes after paying, open a ticket (or write to us) with the time of the payment.

How do I cancel?

From your Account page, under Subscription, press Cancel subscription. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for and you are not charged again.

Can I get a refund?

Within 14 days of subscribing you can cancel and get a full refund from your Account page (Cancel & refund); access ends immediately. After those 14 days a cancellation keeps your access until the end of the paid period, without a refund.

Someone gave me a gift link

Open the link, log in or create your account, and press Activate. The months are added to your account right away. Each link works only once.

How do I change my password?

On your Account page, under Password. Changing it signs out every other device.

I forgot my password

Write to us from the email address of your account and we will reset it for you.

How do I delete my account?

Write to us from the email address of your account. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first so you are not charged again.

Videos, uploads and Discord

Can I upload videos?

Yes, members can. Use the upload icon in the top bar. Every upload is reviewed before it is published; you can follow the status of each video on the Upload page (your Account page shows the totals). Only upload content you have the right to share.

How do I join the Discord server?

Once your membership is active, the invite is the Discord button on the homepage and the Discord link in the footer of every page. Inside you get the channels with the links to every new video and the place to suggest content.

A video is not playing

Reload the page and check that you are logged in with a membership. If it keeps failing, open a ticket (or write to us) and tell us which video and which browser or device you are using.

I want a video removed

If it is your content, or you represent the owner, follow the DMCA policy and procedures. For anything else, write to us with the link to the video and the reason.
